Damian Lillard has requested a trade from the Portland Trail Blazers, and the Sixers have been interested in this star player, and James Harden also has been seeking a trade from the Sixers after opting into his contract. So why not offer that, but the trail blazers probably want younger players to maximize their chance of winning in a few years to go with Jamari Grant on his new five year 160-million-dollar deal. So why not make a three-team deal the Trail Blazers get young and developing players. The third team in this deal should be a team like the New York Knicks who want to win and who are a team that happens to be interested in veteran point guard James Harden. The Knicks would trade R.J Barrett, Immanual Quickley and Evan Fournier for salary reasons to the Trail Blazer, Damian Lillard to the Sixers. Lastly James Harden to the Knicks. Damian Lillard is an upgrade from Harden when he is fully heathy so if MVP center Joel Embiid and Damian team up, they would have a stronger chance of getting to the NBA Finals.
