- The Panthers currently hold the first pick and with the number one pick they have to go a quarterback. There are a few really amazing qb’s in this year’s draft. But there are two that really stand out, Bryce Young and C.J Stroud. But we all know that the panthers will draft Stroud because with Frank Reich at the head coach and he has a good part of the choosing of the player and he loves bigger qbs. And why would he stop having bigger qbs. C.J Stroud is six foot four and Bryce Young is five foot ten. So, the obvious choice for Frank Reich is C.J.
- The Texans currently hold the second pick, they need a good qb so they will end up picking Byrce Young. He is the best overall qb in this year’s draft, but he is also one of the smaller qbs in this year’s draft which could make him go number two instead of number one. But even know he is a little under sized. He is really their only real option. Also, Demico Ryans has no problem drafting so, why not draft him.
- The Cardinals currently hold the third pick in this draft. What they need is different than any other team in the top few picks. They do not need a qb like the others. They got Kyler Murrey. They need a good defensive player that get to the quarterback. Like Will Anderson Jr., he was a strong and fast edge rusher out of Alabama. The Cardinals already have a good secondary. So, if they have a good defensive line. They can have a scary defense. Which would make them a better team in this upcoming year.
- The Colts currently hold the number four pick in this year’s draft. Assuming they do not trade for Lamar Jackson they will need to draft a qb. There a few good qbs left in this position of the draft. But one stands out from his record combine performance, Anthony Richardson. He has a great potential and the perfect prospect for the Colts, he is a non-veteran qb, he is fast, a really big guy and lastly, he can throw the ball really well all over the field. So, they will skip the veteran route this year and they will draft a rookie.
- The Seahawks currently hold the fifth pick in this year’s draft. With best qbs already taken. They should go the defensive route. They have a good enough secondary, but they really need a big and strong defensive lineman. So, why not go Jalen Carter out of Georgia University to go with their amazing linebackers. For example, Bobby Wagnor. Having two defenders that scare the offensive coordinator and the qb can really help them. Also, having a defensive player causing the attention by the offensive lineman can really help their other players on that defensive line. To sum this up having Jalen Carter on this defense will make a huge difference and he will make them a better team.
- The Lions currently hold the sixth pick in this year’s draft. They got this pick through the Mathew Stanford trade a few years ago. The Lions already have a decent offense and a good enough defensive line after adding young Aidan Hutchinson to their defense last year but, they really need a better secondary. They already are halfway there by adding safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson in free agency this year. Now they just need a good corner back to get their defense to the next level. Devon Witherspoon out of Illinois University is a talented player that can lock down any wide receiver. Which is just what the Lions need. The Lions need a guy that can prevent wide receivers from scoring lots of touchdowns, so it is easier for them to win, and they need this more than any other team because they play Justin Jefferson and the other Vikings players twice a year. So, that is why they will need to draft Devon Witherspoon.
- The Raiders currently hold the seventh pick in this year’s draft and their offence is mostly set for the upcoming season. What would really help their team would be another edge rusher that would demand attention at the other side of their pro bowler Max Crosby. Just think about it if they have two really amazing defensive players on their d-line that would attract attention and open things up for the rest of the defensive line. They should draft Tyree Wilson. He is a big and strong defensive lineman out of Texas Tech. He is six foot six and weighs around 271 pounds. He can get to the qb and attract attention from the offensive line. He is Just what the Raiders need. Which is very similar to what the Seahawks should do. They are both trying to get another player that can draw attention to open things up for the rest of the defense.
- The Falcons currently hold the eighth pick in this year’s draft, and they need one more big play type of player in their secondary. They are mostly there by bringing in Jessie Bates to their secondary and by having A.J Terrell by drafting him a few years ago. But I believe if they add one more impressive player to this secondary. With Christian Gonzalez they will be a whole different defense. There is one other top ten worthy cornerback left in this draft, Christian Gonzalez out of Oregon University. He is quick and can get an interception when you really need it. Basically, the perfect player for the Falcons defense.
- After trading back from the number one spot the Bears currently hold the ninth pick in this year’s draft, and they really need someone to protect their quarterback, and to give Justin Fields time to throw to his receivers. Especially their newest and best receiver, D.J. Moore. If he does not have protection he would just run. Which he is very good at, but I think he should take is game to the next level by showing he can throw. In order to get him to do all those things the Bears need to draft a big and strong offensive lineman. Like Peter Skoronski. He is a big guy out of Northwestern University. He is the best offensive lineman in the draft by being really strong and a great pass protector. He is going to be a really important piece of their offense right away.
- After Trading for the tenth the Eagles currently hold the tenth pick in this year’s draft. They lost some key defenders like Javon Hargrave and C.J. Gardner-Johnson in free agency. Also, with Fletcher Cox and Brandon Graham getting to their later years in their careers. They need some good players to replace them. There are three really amazing edge rushers. Will Anderson Jr., Tyree Wilson and lastly Lukas Van Ness. Lukas Van Ness is an edge rusher out of Iowa University. He is a really big guy who can find his way to the qb and the ball. With just over six sacks in 2022. Which is the theme of the Eagles defensive line, getting lots of sacks. He is fast, though and strong. He will need a little bit of learning but overall, he will be a good plug-in player and the ultimate player for the Eagles.
- The Titans currently hold the number eleven pick in this year’s draft. There are many things they can do with this pick, but I believe they should improve their offensive line to help whoever is throwing the ball for these upcoming seasons. They already got an offensive tackle in free agency, Andre Dillard but I believe they should still draft a tackle to make this position even stronger. There is one top fifteen worthy player left in this draft and it is Paris Johnson Jr. He is a huge offensive tackle out of Ohio State. He is a great pass protector which is something that would really help their team. It would allow the qb to get it to their receivers without being hit. Drafting Paris Johnson Jr. will also help receivers like Treylon Burks by with the qb having time to throw they can throw it more accurately to him. Paris Johnson Jr. will also give the qb a lesser chance of getting hit and getting hurt. So, he is a perfect fit for the Titans and most importantly he will make them a better team.
- The Texans currently hold the number twelve pick in this year’s draft. They drafted a quarterback with the second pick. They should get a new good receiver to go with their qb. Another reason to draft a receiver is that they traded their best receiver, Brandon Cooks to the Cowboys a few months ago. After the trade they will need a new number one receiver. So, why not draft the best receiver in this draft class. The best receiver in this draft class is Jaxon Smith-Njigba out of Ohio State. What makes him so good is he is super-fast and great at catching. In 2021 he had more receptions than anyone else in that team. The wide receivers on the Ohio State football team include two first rounders Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson. He had twenty-five for receptions than Garrett Wilson and thirty more than Chris Olave and Jaxon Smith Njigba had lot more receiving yards than Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson. Basically, he is the best of them. They were both first rounders and Garett Wilson won rookie of the year. Which means if he is better than them, he can be a historic player in this league and the perfect player for Bryce Young to throw to.
- The Packers currently hold the number thirteen pick in this year’s draft, and it is a pretty big hole to fill on offense, the tight end. Surprisingly there are a few first round talent tight ends in this draft class, but one stands out from the rest, and he is Dalton Kincaid. He is by far the best tight end in this draft. His biggest strengths are his amazing hands, it seems like he could catch anything against any kind of defense. Also, he is very strong. A reason to draft him is the fact the Packers do not have a starting worthy tight end on the team after Robert Tonyan left in free agency. Another reason to draft him it would give Jordan Love another player to throw to that could catch really well when Jordan Love becomes the starting qb. In other words, Dalton Kincaid is a strong player that will be the perfect player for the Packers.
- The Patriots currently hold the number fourteen pick in this year’s draft. Over the years they have lost some good older offensive linemen so with this pick I would try to target some offensive lineman. With Paris Johnson Jr. and Peter Skoronski probably already been taken at this stage of the draft. That would really give them no choice but to draft Broderick Jones. He is probably the third best offensive lineman in this draft, I would say Peter Skoronski and Paris Johnson Jr. are better. But Broderick Jones is still a great offensive lineman. He is quick and he is extremely strong and talented player. He can help protect Mac Jones and give Mac more time to throw which would make Mac Jones a better Player. Broderick Jones is the perfect player for the patriot’s offense and with Broderick Jones giving Mac Jones more time to throw it could take Mac Jones to the next level because with more time he could really find that open player and will allow him to throw it more accurately. So, he is the player that they need to draft.
- The Jets currently hold the number fifteen pick in this year’s draft. Assuming they are going to trade for Aaron Rodgers their offense currently needs no help, but their defense could use some help. They already have a great cornerback club led by Sause Gardner and there are no first round talent safeties in this draft class. There only real option is to draft an edge rusher to pair up with last year’s first rounder, Jermaine Johnson. So, why not Nolan Smith out of Georgia. has been a great edge rusher who can get to the qb against any kind of offense. He had an ok season in 2022 when he was not exactly heathy all season. He had some injuries in the course of the season. But when he was fully heathy in 2021, he had an outstanding season get his college career high in tackles and sacks. Which shows when he is heathy, he is hard to stop. I believe he can be a pro bowler with the right coaching, and good medical staff. I think with the jets he can live up to his full potential.
- The Commanders currently hold the number sixteen pick in this year’s draft. I think they need to go cornerback here. This is defiantly the year to draft a cornerback because there are so many skilled cornerbacks. Also, if they draft a corner the Commanders will have two good cornerbacks. Which would allow one to cover the slot and the other to guard downfield. Which is what they really need. There are a lot of good cornerbacks left in this draft, but I think the best one of the corners left is obviously Joey Porter Jr. He is a super talented player out of Penn State. He is a very competitive player that can stop the receivers from catching the ball. Joey Porter Jr. He will work great with their other corner, Kendall Fuller. With one stopping receivers from catching the ball in the slot and the other trying to get interceptions down field they can be a great team. In conclusion Joey Porter Jr. can help their struggling secondary and he has a great potential and the perfect player for the Commanders.
- The Steelers currently hold the number seventeen pick in this year’s draft. even though they signed veteran cornerback Patrick Peterson. I will still draft a cornerback with this pick. Since Patrick Peterson is getting a little old. When he is ready to retire, the Steelers will need a cornerback to cover players in their division like Jamar Chase. I think this is the year to draft a cornerback because this draft is loaded with them. I think the best corner left is Donte Banks out of Maryland University. Also, one thing that he has that would help the Steelers in pre snap he communicates with teammates on were to cover. Which will help the other cornerbacks on the field. He is a quick player with a good vertical. jump which would help him cover fast and tall receivers. So, he is the player that the Steelers need to draft to help them in the future.
- The Lions currently hold the number eighteen pick in this year’s draft. In late 2022 the Lions traded their former tight end, T.J. Hockenson to the Vikings which left the Lions with a hole to fill. So, this is their chance to fill that hole by drafting a tight end in this year’s draft. The tight end that the Lions should draft is Michael Mayer. He is a tight end out of Notre Dane. His biggest strengths are definitely blocking and catching. which will help the Lions passing a run game. Getting Michael Mayer will help the passing game by giving Jared Goff another player to throw to and it will help the running game by more talented blockers will help their running back, D’Andre Swift get more space to run. These are all reasons why Michael Mayer is the player the Lions need to draft.
- The Buccaneers currently hold the number nineteen pick in this year’s draft. The legendary Tom Brady retired after the 2022-23 season with left them in need for a qb. They did sign Baker Mayfeild in this year’s offseason, but I do not think he is the qb for the future. After all he did sign only a one-year deal. What this means is they have to draft a quarterback here for future years. I think it will be smart to draft qb this year instead of next year, so he has a qb, which will be Baker Mayfeild to learn a little bit from and give the qb time to getting ready for the following season. I think thinking of the future, Will Levis will be a better player than some of the other qbs left in this draft, so he is the right choice for the Bucs with this pick. Will Levis is an outstanding athlete with great size. His biggest strengths are he has a good arm, and he is a good runner which is what they missed with their last few qbs. So with a little bit of learning in the NFL he can be a great player in this league and the perfect player for the Buccaneers.
- The Seahawks currently hold the number twenty pick in this year’s draft. They drafted a defensive tackle already in this year’s draft. So, they do not need a DT or any position on offense. But one position could use extra strength is the edge on defense. They do not get many sacks at this position, and it could use some help. The best edge rusher available is Myles Murphy. He is an athletic edge rusher out of Clemson who combines lots of strength and speed in his game. He would be another player in the defensive line to draw attention. Which would help other players on their defense and with Bobby Wagner, Jalen Carder and Myles Murphy drawing so much attention it would be a bad day for the qb. He would get lots of sacks for their team which they haven’t had recently which would be good for the Seahawk. To sum it up he is the perfect player for their defense.
- The Chargers currently hold the number twenty-one pick in this year’s draft. They do not have an exact need, but I would go with a position that would help Justin Hurbert and the rest of the team. Something that would defiantly help them is wide receiver because their wide receivers never stay heathy and when they are out, they would need a receiver to take their place. Also, when they are heathy another weapon for Justin Hurbert would be great for their offense. So, this pick can be a win know matter what. There are lots of good receivers left on the board but the one that will be the best for their offense will be Zay Flowers. Zay Flowers is a small and fast receiver out of Boston College. He can get lots of yards after a catch which is probably his biggest strength. Which creates big plays. These are all reasons why Zay Flowers is the Chargers guy.
- The Ravens currently hold the number twenty-two pick in this year’s draft. Look this may not be their biggest need position wise after signing OBJ in free agency. But with Lamar not wanting to stay with the team I think the Ravens should get more players on offense to make him excited about this year, so he wants to stay. They are already mostly there by bringing in star OBJ, but they should get him over excided by draft a receiver like Jordan Addison in this year’s draft. Jordan Addison is a fantastic receiver out of USC. He is a bit undersized for a receiver, but he is everything so want in a receiver. He is quick, good route running and catching. This a defiantly a guy that could get Lamar Jackson excited to play with and that could get him to stay. Which makes him the perfect player for the Ravens.
- The Vikings currently hold the number twenty-three pick in this year’s draft. With Kirk Cousins going into his final year in his deal the Vikings need to start thinking about their qb future. Kirk is going to want money like other qbs but I would not do that is I were the Vikings because he is not the youngest and he is not the best playoff qb either. So, there is good qb left in this draft and he has a torn ACL which would not affect the Vikings because they do not need him for another year which is perfect. He would have maybe gone sooner in this draft if he did not have the injury. Which make him a total steel for the Vikings. His name is Hendon Hooker out of Tennessee University. He is an outstanding athlete who is great throwing skills. Also, he is good at reading the defense. He is for sure a top five qb in this draft and a great player for the Vikings that can help them in future years.
- The Jaguars currently hold the number twenty-four pick in this year’s draft. For the past two year they have held the number one pick, so it is nice that they had a good year. Last year the worked really hard on their defensive line and the year before that they worked hard on their offense by drafting Trevor Lawrence, so this is the year they draft a player for their secondary. Most of the good cornerbacks already have been taken but I believe there is one last cornerback that is first round worthy. He is Emmanuel Forbes, a corner out of Mississippi State. He is great at making a big play when you need it which would really help the Jaguars. He is best at getting big interceptions and taking them back for a touchdown which any team would want. If he is still on the board when the Jaguars are on the clock, he is a no brainer for them and he is a player that can help their struggling secondary right away.
- The Giants currently hold the number twenty-five pick in this year’s draft. I would love it if they went offensive lineman with this pick but even with the Giants trading for Darren Waller at the tight end spot, they can’t go into the season with their currant wide receiver group. There are some good receivers left in the draft which is pretty amazing considering how late it is in the first round. I think Quentin Johnson is the best receiver available at this spot in the draft. Quentin Johnson is a great receiver out of TCU. I know the last receiver drafted from TCU in the first round was not a good pick. Which was Jalen Reagor, but Quentin Johnson is different he has great length which helps him get outstanding catches. He is defiantly a guy that van make a difference in the receiver room and help their qb Daniel Jones play better.
- The Cowboys currently hold the number twenty-six pick in this year’s draft. They lost big tight Dalton Schultz in free agency which left a hole to fill at the tight end position. Most of the good tight ends have already been taken but there is still one good one left and that is Darnell Washington. He is a big tight end out of Georgia. He will help Dak in the passing game but what would really help them is his run blocking. He can help form Tony Pallard into one of the league’s best rushers. These are all reasons to draft Darnell Washington.
- The Bills currently hold the number twenty-seven pick this year’s draft. One of the best players in this draft is still on the board and I do not think they have any other option other that Bijan Robinson. He is a super-fast running back out of Texas. He scored an amazing eighteen touchdowns this past season. He will step right in and be a huge difference in the Bills offense. With Singletary leaving in free agency, he will get lots of targets which would make the pick worth it. With already an amazing offense this pick would make this offense at least top three in the league. He is definently the guy for this team and a player that would make a difference in their offense.
- The Bengals currently hold the number twenty-eight pick in this year’s draft. Even after having one of the best offenses in the league, I would still help their offense a bit by having more protection for Joe Burrow. The best way to protect Joe Burrow is to draft a good offensive lineman like Darnell Wright. He is a huge offensive lineman out of Tennessee University. Darnell is a great blocker which would help their running back Joe Mixon and he will help protect Joe from d-lineman trying to sack him which would give him time to throw which would help. He is an offensive tackle which they need the least out of all the spots in their o-line, but he will still help, and he is probably the best offensive lineman available. These are all reasons to draft him.
- The Saints currently hold the number twenty-nine pick in this year’s draft. If I were them, I would try to improve their run defense by drafting a defensive tackle. The best defensive tackle left for the Saints is Calijah Kancey. He is number ninety-nine on Pittsburgh which is the same as Aaron Donald. They also both have a pretty identical forty-yard dash time, only point one time difference, and same weight and height. So that is another reason to draft him, he is a very similar player to Aaron Donald which is a great thing because Aaron is so good. Calijah Kancey can really get to the qb and stop the run which is the main reason for the Saints to draft him. He is a guy that could make a difference in their run defense, and he has a good football body so they should draft him.
- The Eagles currently hold the number thirty pick in this year’s draft. They already drafted an edge rusher with the tenth pick now they need their other need an offensive guard. O ‘Cyrus Torrence is by far the best offensive guard available in this stage of the draft. He is definitely a top five o-lineman in this draft. They Eagles really need an offensive guard after their last guard Isaac Seumalo left for the Steelers. Which makes O ‘Cyrus Torrence a much-needed player for the Eagles. O ‘Cyrus Torrence is a powerful guard out of Florida University. He is the perfect player for the eagles because he is huge, and he is good at run blocking which will help Jalen Hurts and Rashaad Penny. He can be a great offensive lineman in this league and help the best offensive lineman in the league. So, they need to draft him.
- Last but not least the Chiefs currently hold the number thirty-one pick in this year’s draft. After winning the Super Bowl they lost their best wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster to the Patriots in free agency which makes pretty clear they have to draft a wide receiver like Jalin Hyatt. He is a speedy guy out of Tennessee University. He is great at route running which makes him the perfect guy for the Chiefs. He would work great with the 2022-23 MVP Patrick Mahomes. I believe he will come right in and be a solid number one receiver. He may not get as many targets of Travis Kelce the best tight end in football, but he is still worth drafting and he can still make a huge impact on the Chiefs offense. That is why the Chiefs should draft Jalin Hyatt.
